At Highland Canyon Partners, our principal objective is to discover, acquire, hold, manage and ultimately dispose of multifamily assets that provide stable, monthly, uninterrupted cash flow to our investors on a tax-deferred basis.

HCP’s management team has extensive experience working in all facets of real estate private equity. This range of experience covers every aspect of the real estate investment lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, debt structuring, acquisition underwriting, asset management and disposition. Collectively, HCP brings together more than two decades of experience in real estate acquisition & management, investment banking , tax modeling & consulting. HCP’s principals have seen the opportunity in multi-family assets over the past decade and have been part of successfully acquiring, managing and disposing of more than 15,000 apartment units.
